There are several courses run during each term.
 
 Small personalised classes with a maximum of only 10
 
 
Beginners Meditation starts again in March 
 
 and runs for 6 weeks
 
The idea of this course is to give you an understanding of the
 
 different types of meditation available.
 
We start with a traditional meditation each week and then discover
 
 the wonders of experiencing a  variety of different styles .
 
The highlight is a night walking meditation down to the local bush
 
 arriving at the beautiful running waterfall.
 
We continue here, lying under the stars, and experience another
 
 colour visualisation meditation.......mmmmmmmmm  I love this one!

7 week Chakra Meditation Course - April
 
Each week we learn what the individual Chakras represent, both
 
 internally and externally.
 
You will  learn which emotions,organs and sounds are related to
 
 each  Chakra and then be able to apply this knowledge into your
 
 daily lives.
